More About Me...

Hi! I’m Hannah and I have Celiac Disease. My diagnosis in 2017 left me feeling fearful and confused. I asked all the usual questions such as, “What can I eat?” “What is gluten?” “How do I know what is in my food?” and “How does something I ate for so long suddenly make me sick?” To my dismay I received a lot of uncertain looks and some quickly-printed handouts to take home. I read books, blogs, and spent hours researching the internet, but there was still no simple roadmap. So I went back to school! I am now a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the largest nutrition school in the world, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

This workshop is the result of my research as well as that of my amazing teachers – you may have heard of some of them…Mary Hyman, David Wolfe, Sarah Wilson, and Dr. Oz just to name a few. It is the roadmap for the mom whose child has developed a gluten intolerance, the teacher who has students with wheat allergies, the doctor who is trying to help patients, the teen that now has a confusing autoimmune diagnosis, and even the person who has wanted to experiment with a gluten-free life with the hope of feeling better, having more energy, or getting their body composition in a better place. With the right tools, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming or complicated. And no matter what your reason may be, your destination will be a life full of energy, balance, health, and hope.
