Gluten-Free Steel-Cut Oats
Steel cut oats are sliced pieces of oat groats, the center portion of the grain. Unlike many other grains, the proteins found in oats may be safe for people with celiac disease. You can add plain walnuts, a diced apple and cinnamon or Greek yogurt, natural almond butter and raspberries to get a complete gluten–free breakfast.
